Each company has one logo, which its listings inherit automatically. You can upload logos before or after importing the company profiles or listings.

Match a company to its logo

Include these fields in your CSV, JSON, or JSONL record:

"company_reference": "acme-us",
"logo_filename": "acme-us-logo.png"

company_reference identifies the company within your account. logo_filename is the exact filename, including its extension. Filenames are case-sensitive. A filename can belong to only one company in your account; other agencies have separate accounts and mappings. A managing-company UUID prefix in the filename is optional.

Open Upload company logos from Companies or either bulk import screen. Select up to 20 PNG, JPEG, or WebP files, each up to 8 MiB. Use filenames with one dot and no path. Animated images are not supported.

  • File first: the validated file waits privately until you associate its filename with a company.

  • Company or listing first: save logo_filename, then upload the matching file later. The logo screen lists companies waiting for files. Bulk listings must reference an existing company profile.

You can also set Logo filename directly in a company profile. Leave it blank if you do not want to reserve a filename. No image URL is needed.

Duplicate names and replacement

If a filename already exists, Joboy warns you instead of overwriting it. Choose either:

  • Rename: rename the file on your device, then update logo_filename for the intended company and select the renamed file.

  • Replace: find the existing file and verify its company in Uploaded logos. Choose Replace or remove and confirm removal, then upload the replacement with the same filename. Its company association stays in place.

Use a different filename for a different company. A bulk import cannot silently change an existing logo mapping.

Removal immediately stops the old logo appearing on listings that use it. Replacement files must pass validation. Review and republish affected listings to display their new logo; uploaded files are not published automatically.
